We’ve had a chance now to really enjoy our “new” home, and we love it. Thank you for a job well done.

While the scope of the work, and therefore the budget, grew to be greater than we had first planned, we’re glad that we decided to do all that we did, and we feel that we definitely got what we paid for. We would recommend you highly and without reservation.

We (particularly Susan) were very apprehensive about being taken advantage of because we’d heard so many horror stories. However, your professionalism, including your billings and all the change orders, made us comfortable very early on that everything was being done totally appropriately.

You were always on time, notified us of any delays, the job was on schedule, and right on budget. It’s the first time we’ve heard of a remodeling project about which that could be said! We heard about so many people who felt abandoned because workmen wouldn’t show up and there would be no communication for weeks at a time. We never once felt “abandoned.”

You were organized, things were well-planned, there was work going on all the time and done efficiently, you used good subs whom we always felt very comfortable letting into our home – really quality people. You protected everything extremely well, and kept everything very neat and clean, including keeping things presentable for our neighbors.

You were very patient with our “over-thinking” everything (thank you for that phrase, Jerry; it’s very apt, and we use it on ourselves a lot!) and with our being “very involved” in the project.

Most importantly, everything was done with very, very high quality. We are extremely picky, as you well know, and you did everything in your power to correct any perceived imperfections and to make us happy. Going into the project, this was what we had hoped for, but were very skeptical of ever finding. After a gestation period of 14 ½ years, we definitely selected the best “midwife” to deliver our project.
