Whole House Remodel

We selected Podesta to do a top-to-bottom remodel of a Queen Anne house built in 1900. We had seen their work, appreciated their attention to detail, and knew they could handle a big job. We were not disappointed. Communication, both with us and with the architect, was very good throughout the construction. The site was kept very clean and any issues raised by neighbors during the construction were dealt with quickly and respectfully.

For this 1900 Queen Ann row house, which had been in the owner’s family since 1955, we undertook a structural upgrade, converted the basement into a separate apartment, and opened up the floor plan to improve the flow of the house and incorporate a larger kitchen to facilitate entertaining.
