Liberty Street, San Francisco

We transformed a historically and architecturally significant 1898 Victorian house by San Francisco Master Builder Fernando Nelson into a modern-day replica with a more functional floor plan and expanded space. The project required leaving the existing facade in place, while upgrading 80% of the existing foundation. We extended the living room with a small expansion to the rear of the property.
